The fishing continues to be as hot as the summer weather. The lake level is at 13.72 this morning, it's dropping slightly, but that's not a problem. We can still get around very  easily, and the fish are even more accessible. The temperature has been in the upper 80's depending on the wind, but I haven't seen much under 86 lately.

The lake level this morning is at 14.35. The water temperature yesterday at mid morning was at 90.4. When you put your hand in the water, its like the middle of summer. The fishing during the early part of the week was very good, the fish were biting both shiners and artificial baits. there has been very little wind during the week, and the fishing has gotten a little slower.
